Does this step fit you?

Who is the training for?

Tax consultants, law firm managers and employees with responsibility for internal processes or digitization projects.

What prior knowledge do you need?

Secure basics of client testing and data matching experience; a level of knowledge according to level 2 is recommended.

Your concrete added value

You can talk to law firm management, employees and software providers about adjustments. The course helps to make double work and unclear handovers visible and document important decisions in such a way that they can later be professionally understood.

Expert · Connect responsibilities, software and professional decisions

That's what you're working on in this training.

  1. Criticalize existing processes

You're breaking up a law firm process into mandate, ongoing observation, and professional decision. Responsible persons, data bases and results are recorded for each step. From selected organisational regulations you conduct concrete test questions for the preparation of future processes.

  2. Put Software Support Right

You compare an automatic data transfer, a registry query and a technical risk classification. In an externally supported process, you will examine which task is assigned, which control remains necessary and where a decision of the tax advisor should be explicitly documented.

  3. escalation and traceability

You're developing a handover note for unexplained matters. The exercise separates lack of due diligence information, possible reporting issues and professional information contexts. Resubmission, release and comprehensible storage are planned for changes to the test bench.

Your learning goals

  • Clearly assign law practice tasks and describe interfaces.
  • Differentiating technical results from technical decisions.
  • Connect external support with a suitable control step.
  • Create a prioritized conversion plan with verifiable results.

From knowledge to a well-founded case solution.

Fictional practice case · Tax consultant

Automatic register reconciliation without professional contact

A law firm will include a new registry information service provider. The system reports deviations, while accounting and appointments each consider the other department to be responsible. You develop an editing rule with professional handover and result control.

In focus: Responsibility for digitisation and external support.

Your Exercise

You will receive the process of a growing firm in which data is collected several times and warnings are stored without responsibility. Develop an improved process sketch and justify the most important changes based on training sources.

Your work result and proof of participation

A conversion plan with responsibilities, data requirements, technical approvals and a controllable sequence of tasks.

How this relates to your daily work

You can take over the developed questions in an internal project discussion and prepare necessary decisions more specifically. It remains visible which measure is organisationally solvable and which professional examination of the mandate requires.

Planned: 4 hours of training. With space for application.

The planned pure training time is 240 minutes. It includes knowledge transfer, application at the practice case and joint evaluation. Breaks are added. The data are planning values; we coordinate the concrete process before the training.

Voluntary additional option · planned +45 minutes

You decide if you're going to take an additional exam.

Training is also possible without additional final examination. After completing your training you will receive a certificate of participation and a badge of participation. A proof of passing an examination requires successful participation in the voluntary supplementary examination.

Test format

Optional performance testing: process concept and justified prioritisation.

Your exam task

Rework a new law practice and defend your priorities in the evaluation. The decisive factor is whether responsibilities, control options and documented technical decisions fit together.

This is what the evaluation depends on.

  • Clear distribution of tasks
  • Technically controlled
  • Changes justified prioritized

Documentation of the test performance

After completing the training, you receive a participation certificate and a participation Badge for level 3. Passing the optional assessment is additionally documented by an assessment certificate.
