We use teaching case studies based on real practical questions. Individual advice on ongoing client matters is not provided during training.

Does this step fit you?

Who is the training for?

Employees in insurance sales, contract service and compliance with first tasks in money laundering prevention.

What prior knowledge do you need?

No AMLR prior knowledge required; a basic understanding of insurance application and contract processing is helpful.

Your concrete added value

You understand why applicants, insured persons, contributors and beneficiaries may not be equated. This facilitates the cooperation between sales, contract processing and compliance and makes necessary queries more understandable for the customer.

Introduction · Understand the product, the parties and the date of assessment

That's what you're working on in this training.

  1. Determine the relevant area of insurance

You compare different insurance products and read the definitions of the group chosen for teaching. The focus is on life insurance and other products with an investment purpose. Product name, distribution role and actual activity are considered separately.

  2. Set the transition from GwG to AMLR

You distinguish today's German examination from the future European standard. A timeline illustrates the general application of the 10. July 2027. In the case of a contract, it is explicitly stated which processing step will be examined under which examination date.

  3. Capturing the roles of a police

You assign policyholders, insured person, payers and beneficiaries to a simple contract constellation. You will then formulate questions about the relationships between these persons and identify which information has already been provided and which are only mentioned in the application.

Your learning goals

  • The insurance sector is classified according to the activity.
  • Today's test state and future AMLR application separate.
  • The different roles of the contract are understandable.
  • Develop targeted queries about stakeholders and economic purpose.

From knowledge to a well-founded case solution.

Fictional practice case · Insurance

A contract with four different roles

A customer applies for life insurance. Insurance is provided by a family member, the one-off contribution should come from a company and another person is named as the beneficiary. You trace the relationships and name the information you need at first.

In focus: Product reference, contract roles and comprehensible initial recording.

Your Exercise

You process several short application variants and create a role overview for each one. Reasons for what additional information you need before selecting the next test step and what information is not yet available from the application alone.

Your work result and proof of participation

A structured contract brief with product, audit date, stakeholders and open relationships.

How this relates to your daily work

You can more precisely formulate queries between sales and contract service. The role overview makes it easier to assign subsequent changes to the contract to the right person and to pass on data gaps in a comprehensible way.

Live online training

Planned: 3 hours of training. With room for application.

The planned training period is 180 minutes. It includes knowledge transfer, application at the practice case and joint evaluation. Breaks are added. The data are planning values; we coordinate the concrete process before the training.

Test format

Optional performance assessment: knowledge test and assignment of an insurance case.

Your exam task

Create a contract brief for a new application constellation and explain your queries. In the evaluation, confusions of roles and an unclear temporal classification are worked together.

This is what the evaluation depends on.

  • Product range traceable
  • Rolls cleanly separated
  • Clear test date

Documentation of the test performance

After completing the training, you receive a participation certificate and a participation Badge for level 1. Passing the optional assessment is additionally documented by an assessment certificate.

Request training with additional examination

Participation and examination performance remain recognizable.

The personal proof explicitly indicates whether the participation or a passed voluntary supplementary examination is confirmed. The badge graphic shows the industry and level of learning; it is not in itself a proof of performance.
