Does this step fit you?

Who is the training for?

For employees in contract processing, contribution service and compliance with initial experience in the relevant insurance business.

What prior knowledge do you need?

Basic knowledge of product context and contract roles; introduction or comparable knowledge.

Your concrete added value

You can classify an unexplained payment transaction in its contractual context and describe it precisely. This makes it possible to better align queries between contract service, intermediary support and verifier with the actual need for clarification.

Bring together information from the application and the ongoing contract

That's what you're working on in this training.

  1. Comparing contribution and economic explanation

You will examine one-off contributions and payments by third parties based on the contract documents. In doing so, you separate the indication of origin, the alleged relationship and the evidence submitted and formulate questions that should make the concrete economic context of the contribution comprehensible.

  2. Recognizing rights and changes

You work with a subsequent change of subscription rights and additional information about the contract. The exercise combines role overview and time course with the relevant questions from § 54 VAG and shows which previous information needs to be checked or supplemented.

  3. Connecting Risks and Documentation

You compare selected requirements for general, simplified and increased due diligence in the appropriate product context. In this case, you will justify additional information requirements and document which declaration is supported and which point remains open for further contract processing.

Your learning goals

  • To examine third-party payments on the basis of the specific insurance contract.
  • To understand the changes in rights in time and in person.
  • Develop queries from missing evidence and contradictions.
  • the risk classification with contract information and sources.

From knowledge to a well-founded case solution.

Fictional practice case · Insurance

Single contribution from a private loan

The one-off contribution of a life insurance is paid by a third party; a private loan is referred to as a declaration. Later, the beneficiary is to be changed. Compare explanations and documents and explain which relationships are already comprehensible and what information is still missing.

In focus: examine third-party contributions and subscription rights changes in the common contractual context.

Your Exercise

You compare application, receipt of contributions and amendment. A subsequent loan document will be examined to see what open question it actually answers and what further clarification remains necessary.

Your work result and proof of participation

An commented contract overview with payment relationships, change history and well-founded proof list. After completing the training, you receive a participation certificate and a participation Badge for your sector and level.

How this relates to your daily work

You will practice the processing of transactions in which contract and payment data are available at various locations. The structured comparison supports an understandable internal transfer and a comprehensible continuation of open questions.

Planned: 3.5 hours of training. With space for application.

The planned pure training time is 210 minutes. It includes knowledge transfer, application at the practice case and joint evaluation. Breaks are added. The data are planning values; we coordinate the concrete process before the training.
