Your concrete added value
That's what you're working on in this training.
Studying the course of the contract as a whole You look at the amount of contributions, changes to the parties involved, request for termination and planned payment. For each clue, you will first look for a comprehensible basis of facts and possible factual explanations before formulating the further need for investigation. Checking specific roles and risks You will work on issues related to identification, reference permission and a possible PEP reference based on the relevant GwG and VAG texts. In doing so, you distinguish roles of persons, legal connection point and necessary further examination; a mere name parallel is first clarified. Prepare for decision and communication You bring the findings together in a note for the competent body and examine a possible notification question separately. Planned contacts with policyholders or intermediaries will be examined for their requirements; open tasks and internal responsibilities will remain visible.
Your learning goals
evaluate changes to the contract and requests for payment in time. Assign GwG and VAG test questions to the right roles. First, clarify possible PEP hints in terms of people and sources. Create a differentiated decision and communication template.
