Your concrete added value
That's what you're working on in this training.
Analyze roles, rights and payment relationships You create a demanding contract with legal persons, deviating payers and amended claims. Here, you determine the course of time and check which role and which legal connection point are decisive for the respective question. Critically compare explanations and sources You present family and economic explanations against the existing evidence. Original standards, appropriate official notices and available case law shall be examined in relation to their product, role of contract and timing; a mere similarity shall not replace a reasoned transfer. Developing a differentiated overall assessment You formulate two possible evaluations and explain their strongest arguments as well as limits. The final opinion combines contract understanding, source verification and open reporting issues with a concrete proposal for further technical work and the necessary internal coordination.
Your learning goals
Complex contractual roles and rights are time-related. Weight economic statements based on appropriate documents. Check legal sources according to product and facts. A limited overall position with counter-arguments.
