Does this step fit you?

Who is the training for?

Employees in KYC, transaction monitoring, market sequence and compliance with experience in case handling.

What prior knowledge do you need?

Safe handling of customer files and the basic principles of AMLR; knowledge according to level 3 or comparable experience helpful.

Your concrete added value

You train the transition between customer reception and ongoing monitoring. This allows you to see which information actually explains a abnormality and which additional examination is required, rather than to do a hint by a formal answer alone.

Practice and case solving · From onboarding to professional assessment

That's what you're working on in this training.

  1. Create a comprehensible initial profile

You're going to submit a corporate application, owner documents and a business model description. The expected payments are documented with sources and open assumptions. A separate comparison run shows which test steps have to be prepared for the future AMLR application.

  2. Check transaction information in connection

You will receive selected payments, invoices and delivery documents. The processing assigns any deviation to a concrete fact. Several possible explanations are compared before you choose a question or justify a technical disclosure.

  3. Incorporating new insights into the overall file

A customer response clarifies a part of the processes and at the same time changes the expected business profile. You update the findings concerned, justify remaining questions and document the next action. The evaluation compares comprehensible solutions and typical breaks in the test path.

Your learning goals

  • Link customer profile and transaction verification.
  • To work with concrete facts rather than general assumptions.
  • New responses to previous findings.
  • Create a complete and understandable result note.

From knowledge to a well-founded case solution.

Fictional practice case · Banks

Import transaction with different payee

A company customer describes a regular import of goods. Several payments are made to a company other than the accounting issuer. A payment settlement agreement will be submitted later. You check which processes are explained and which relationships are further unexplained.

In focus: Business profile, payment methods and update of the case assessment.

Your Exercise

First, edit the file on the basis of the source documents. After an additional customer response, you will check again which hints are explained. Hold on to what assessment has changed and what the change is based on.

Your work result and proof of participation

A complete exercise file with customer profile, transaction analysis, editing history and professional result.

How this relates to your daily work

You can improve interfaces between customer maintainers and monitoring more specifically. The developed method supports a comprehensible transfer of cases and helps to detect recurring gaps in queries or documentation.

Planned: 4.5 hours of training. With space for application.

The planned pure training time is 270 minutes. It includes knowledge transfer, application at the practice case and joint evaluation. Breaks are added. The data are planning values; we coordinate the concrete process before the training.

Training is also possible without additional final examination. After completing your training you will receive a certificate of participation and a badge of participation. A proof of passing an examination requires successful participation in the voluntary supplementary examination.

Test format

Optional performance testing: independent processing of a transaction file.

Your exam task

Solve a new customer case with submitted documents and justify your result note. The evaluation checks whether your conclusion is carried through the entire file and whether alternative explanations have been taken into account.

This is what the evaluation depends on.

  • Profile and processes connected
  • New evidence correctly weighted
  • Result fully justified

Documentation of the test performance

After completing the training, you receive a participation certificate and a participation Badge for level 4. Passing the optional assessment is additionally documented by an assessment certificate.

Request training with additional examination

Participation and examination performance remain recognizable.
