Structure the original file
You will receive a draft mandate, registration documents, an investment sketch and a payment plan. In the training software, you assign the documents to their test questions, justify the selected activity and separate the German starting point from the future AMLR run.
Process new answers in case
A subsequent document changes the owner's overview and explains only part of the payment method. You will check which previous information will continue to carry, which determination needs to be changed and which follow-up request is actually helpful for further processing.
Release a result professionally
You link clarified facts to their discovery, keep track of remaining uncertainties and justify the next action. Special legal information contexts are treated separately. Finally, compare your note with a discussed solution.

Company purchase with changing financing

A law firm accompanies a company purchase. Shortly before closing, a previously unnamed financier is to take over part of the purchase price; at the same time, a list of shareholdings will be corrected. You check both changes in context and document their influence on the test path.

In focus: Related transaction verification and updating of previously audited information.

Your Exercise

First, edit the exercise files independently. After an additional client response, you only overwork the findings concerned and identify why the assessment has changed or remains unchanged.

A complete exercise file with document assignment, editing history, queries and reasoned result.

How this relates to your daily work

The casework shows to which handouts information can be lost. You can derive targeted improvements for file management, re-submissions and the coordination between mandate officers and internal contact person.

Planned: 4.5 hours of training. With space for application.

The planned pure training time is 270 minutes. It includes knowledge transfer, application at the practice case and joint evaluation. Breaks are added. The data are planning values; we coordinate the concrete process before the training.

Training is also possible without additional final examination. After completing your training you will receive a certificate of participation and a badge of participation. A proof of passing an examination requires successful participation in the voluntary supplementary examination.

Optional performance test: independent processing of a final case variant with evaluation.

Your exam task

Solve a new variant of the transaction file and submit a reasoned statement of results. The evaluation discusses complete supporting chains, overlooked changes and technically acceptable alternative approaches.

Documentation of the test performance

After completing the training, you receive a participation certificate and a participation Badge for level 4. Passing the optional assessment is additionally documented by an assessment certificate.
