Your concrete added value
That's what you're working on in this training.
Place responsibility in the course of the law firm You record who collects data, checks documents, evaluates ambiguities and releases decisions. In selected organisational regulations, you develop a procedure for a work-sharing firm and identify tasks that require professional assessment rather than mere data collection. Dealing with incomplete information You will check how the future handling of non-fulfillable care measures can be prepared. The professional regulations are examined on the concrete mandate. You learn to document information shortages, action options and possible reporting questions separately. Determine Decisions and Limitations You develop a note that combines facts, sources, justification and disclosure. In doing so, you delimit the general practice of law firms from case-related exceptions and determine when a new professional examination or supplementary legal search is required.
Your learning goals
The data collection, technical assessment and release are organisationally separate. To examine specific professional features of the specific mandate. Edit information gaps with a documented decision. Transfer existing checklists into a well-founded conversion plan.
